Strawberry Kiwi Water
This fruit infused water is for one serving and takes approximately 5 minutes to make. This strawberry-kiwi flavored water is low on calories and sugar and is so refreshing!
If you’re following the 21 Day Fix plan or Ultimate Portion Fix it’s considered a “free food” because you’re straining it, so it’s only around 5 calories per serving. If you want your drink to be super clear, strain it through a cheesecloth.
To make a pitcher, just evenly increase the amounts of each ingredient by 4 or 8 or more.
But you can also skip the straining process and keep the pulp in the water. Personally, we love it that way! Just keep in mind it will increase the calorie counts slightly, but it’s fruit and so healthy for you, so why not go for it.
