No-Bake Brownies
Craving a chewy, chocolaty treat? These no-bake brownies have no added sugar, are gluten- and dairy-free and are just 59 calories per brownie bite! As a bonus, each bite offers almost two grams of protein and fiber.
All you need to do is basically toss everything into a food processor, press the dough into the bottom of a pan or baking sheet and put it in the fridge to firm. In one short hour,
you’ll have delicious brownies and there was no need to even turn on the oven!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 8 dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Directions:
Spray a 7" x 11" pan lightly with cooking spray.
Push the mixture into the pan firmly using the back of a spatula. Top with chopped walnuts, pushing them into the dough.
Place pan in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up. Cut into 32 squares, and store uneaten brownies in the fridge.
