No Bake Energy Balls

If you’ve been looking for a healthy dessert, these No Bake Energy Balls are for you! These energy balls are rich and will help curb any “sweet-tooth” cravings immediately! Seriously, they hit the spot! But now I’m wondering what’s going to keep me from eating all of these at once?? I need like 3 more of these, right now!

Making these energy balls is as easy as mixing a few ingredients together, rolling it into bite-sized balls, and sticking them into the refrigerator. And BAM, done! In no time you’ll have an amazing and nutritious snack waiting for you.

No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Shakeology (regular or vegan formula)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped raw mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup organic old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-natural creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 3 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Here Your Instructions :

  1. Combine nuts, Shakeology, and oats in a medium bowl; mix well.

  2. Add peanut butter and honey; mix well with a rubber spatula or clean hands.

  3. Roll in balls about the size of a ping pong ball.

  4. Refrigerate to set (optional).

Recipe Notes

21-Day Fix Portion Control Equivalents: 1/2 Yellow, 1/2 Blue, 1/2 Orange

Optional: Feel free to use any nut butter in place of the peanut butter.

Note: I was able to make 16 servings of this recipe, but the nutrition panel is based on 12 servings.
