Strawberry Ginger Shakeology
Fresh ginger soothes the stomach, stimulates circulation, and has many other benefits. In this recipe it adds zing to a Strawberry Shakeology smoothie. It tastes so good, we think you’ll want to try adding it to other shake recipes, too!
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 thin slice fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped (or 1 tsp. ground ginger)
- 1 cup ice
Place milk, Shakeology, extract, ginger, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
