Thin Mint Shake
Cookies for breakfast? Yes, please! I don’t know if it’s because it’s the holiday season and there are so many more goodies around or what, but lately I’ve had dessert on the brain! This “thin mint” shake has been a healthy substitute to help me get past these cookie cravings. This Thin Mint Shake recipe hits the spot and tastes like real Girl Scout Cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 4 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 oz of Water
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
Here Your Instructions
Either mix all ingredients together in a shaker cup, or if you like your shake thicker, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets.

Note, if you use Unsweetened Almond Milk and keep it to 4 oz, you don’t have to count the milk as a yellow container!
