Greek Yogurt and Berries
Greek yogurt and berries pack an extra boost of protein, so eating it for breakfast can give you staying power throughout the morning. This breakfast is super easy, just mix and go!
Feel free to add in some extras to punch up the flavor. The berries provide fiber and sweetness. Cinnamon and vanilla extract won’t add any additional calories but provide a punch of flavor. And nuts can help maintain blood-glucose levels.
